1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Original invoice and tags are intact
⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at joinus@resinjewelz.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear images of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do not send products back without confirmation from our team.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video and product images as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
